How often should I use this?
1 to 2 times per week. This is a treatment step, not a daily product, using it more often than that can be counterproductive even though the formula is gentler than most clay masks.
Will this dry out my skin?
It shouldn't. The Deep Clean is formulated with calming extracts and glycerin specifically to offset the drying effect most clay masks have. If you have very dry skin, focus application on the T-zone instead of the full face.
Is this safe for sensitive skin?
This formula has no added fragrance and none of the natural essential oil compounds found in some of our other products. It does contain a mild exfoliating acid (lactic acid), so we still recommend a patch test if your skin is reactive.
Can I use this if I have dry or normal skin, not just oily?
Yes, just use it less often, or apply only to oilier areas like the T-zone, and follow immediately with a hydrating serum and moisturizer.
Where does this fit in my routine?
Cleanse first, apply The Deep Clean to dry skin, rinse after 5 to 10 minutes, then follow your normal hydration steps. Best used as a standalone step, not layered under other products.
